If your baby is unable to sit, please choose the service - Passport photo/ID card for a newborn Online appointments get priority over walk-in appointments. Please be on time ... If your passport or VISA has particular photographic requirements please bring the specifications with you to ensure we get it right.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that if for any reason you need to change the booking time or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. Otherwise, the return of the booking fee will not be accepted.
